flng Daily is an optional text message program. Subscribers get one short message a day with a personalized line about their day and a link back to the flng app.

How you opt in

After signing in with your phone number, the last setup step shows this checkbox. It starts unchecked, and you only get daily texts if you check it. You can also turn texts on or off any time in the app under Me → Daily text.

Right after opting in, you get a confirmation text:
